This Privacy Policy explains how CalcSolver handles information when you use calc-solver.com. CalcSolver is a static online calculator website. We do not require accounts, and the core calculator runs in your browser.
This page is written to reflect the current implementation. Advertising features may be enabled only on eligible pages and only when the production configuration allows them.
Information You Provide
If you contact us by email, we may receive the information you choose to send, such as your email address, name if included, message content, attachments, and related email metadata. You can contact us about calculator errors, page issues, general feedback, or privacy requests at contact@calc-solver.com.
CalcSolver does not currently provide user accounts, payment processing, newsletter signup, or an on-site contact form.
Calculator Data and Local Storage
Calculator input is processed in your browser. The site uses browser storage for convenience features:
- Calculation history: saved in your browser under
calcsolver_history, limited by the current script to recent entries. - Settings: theme and angle mode are saved under
calcsolver_settings. - Navigation convenience: the homepage may use
sessionStorageto restore scroll position after opening guide links.
These local values are stored on your device by your browser. We do not operate a backend account system that receives your calculation history. You can clear this data through the calculator history controls or your browser storage settings.
Cookies, Analytics, and Similar Technologies
The current site includes Google Analytics through Google tag ID G-KZDB4W53E9 on many pages. Google Analytics may use cookies, IP address, device/browser information, page URLs, referral URLs, and similar technologies to help measure site usage and performance. Google may process that information according to its own privacy policies and controls.
Browsers, extensions, consent tools, and privacy settings may block or limit these technologies. You can also manage cookies in your browser and review Google's privacy controls at How Google uses cookies and How Google uses information from sites or apps that use Google's services.
Google AdSense and Third-Party Advertising
The production CalcSolver website integrates Google AdSense. AdSense scripts can load on configured pages even when no advertisement is displayed. Local development versions can have advertising disabled.
Through this advertising integration, Google and third-party vendors may use cookies, web beacons, pixel tags, IP address, browser/device information, page URLs, ad interactions, and similar technologies to serve ads, limit repeated ads, detect invalid activity, measure ad performance, and support fraud prevention.
Third-party vendors, including Google, may use cookies to serve ads based on a user's prior visits to CalcSolver or other websites. Google's advertising cookies may allow Google and its partners to serve personalized ads depending on user choices and applicable law.
Personalized and Non-Personalized Ads
Ads may be personalized or non-personalized depending on your location, browser settings, consent choices, Google account settings, and the site's ad configuration. Non-personalized ads may still use cookies or similar technologies for basic ad serving, frequency capping, aggregated reporting, and fraud prevention.
You can manage Google ad personalization in My Ad Center or Google Ads Settings. You may also use industry opt-out tools such as aboutads.info, where available.
EEA, UK, and Switzerland Consent
For users in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland, consent is required for advertising cookies or local storage where applicable and for personalized advertising. Google requires a certified consent management platform for personalized ads in these regions.
If a privacy message is displayed, use its controls to accept or reject optional purposes and review the listed partners. Where a privacy-settings link is provided, it lets you revisit those choices. You can also manage Google ad personalization through My Ad Center and contact us about a missing or unavailable consent control. These Google account and browser controls do not replace consent choices required on this site.
United States State Privacy Choices
Some U.S. state privacy laws may give residents rights to know, access, delete, correct, or opt out of certain uses or disclosures of personal information. CalcSolver currently has no account system and receives direct personal information mainly when you email us.
Use any regional privacy choices presented on the site to review available options. You may also send access, deletion or opt-out requests to contact@calc-solver.com. Please identify the request and relevant page without including sensitive calculation inputs.

Email messages are kept as long as reasonably necessary to respond, maintain records, resolve issues, and comply with applicable obligations. Analytics and advertising providers apply their own retention practices.
Data Security
We use reasonable safeguards for information under our control, but no website, email system, or internet transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
